By entering this raffle, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to own and possess a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Entrants from jurisdictions where such raffles or firearm ownership is prohibited are not eligible.
Firearm Transfer and Compliance: The winner will receive a Henry Golden Boy .22 rifle. The firearm must be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. In this case, the firearm will be available for pickup and transfer at West Plains Gun and Pawn in West Plains, Missouri.
Background Check and Transfer Costs: The winner is responsible for completing all necessary background checks and firearm transfer paperwork in accordance with federal and Missouri state laws. All associated costs, including transfer fees, background check fees, and any shipping (if applicable), are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Failure to Qualify: If the selected winner fails to pass the required background check or is otherwise ineligible to legally own a firearm, they will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be drawn.
No Substitution or Cash Value: The prize is not redeemable for cash or exchangeable for another item.
Void Where Prohibited: This raffle is void where prohibited by law. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure compliance with their local laws.
Assumption of Risk: By entering, participants acknowledge that firearms carry inherent risks. The raffle organizers and all affiliated parties shall be held harmless from any liability arising from possession or use of the firearm.
Not Affiliated: This giveaway is not sponsored by or affiliated with Henry Repeating Arms, the ATF, or any government agency.
Organizer Rights: Raffle organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant for noncompliance or suspected fraud.
Drawing Date: The winner will be selected on Saturday, June 28th, 2025. The winner will be contacted using the information provided at the time of entry.
