Farm Auction is being conducted through Gary Sexton Auctioneers in-person auction process.
Title items will have titles upon clearance of funds. Bidding is NOT contingent upon financing. This auction information is believed to be accurate; however, no liability for its accuracy, errors, or omissions is assumed. Buyers should verify all information to their satisfaction. There are no expressed or implied warranties made by the seller or by Gary Sexton Auctioneers LLC pertaining to any property or items in this auction. All items sell as-is, where-is with no guarantees unless otherwise announced sale day. No reserve.
Bidding Process and Requirements:
- The auction is in-person bidding.
- Bidders must register with valid and accurate information to participate in the auction.

- All items sell to the highest bidder without reserve unless otherwise announced auction day.
