Winning bidder of the Real Estate will have to place 10% Down Due Day of Auction on Saturday, March 28th, 2026. Balance Due Upon Closing. Successful Internet Bid Has a Required Payment Deadline on Monday, March 30th, 2026 at 5:00pm. Bidding is NOT contingent upon financing. Immediately following the auction, the winning bidder(s) will be required to sign a contract and pay 10% paid down day of.
