Winning bidder of the Real Estate will have to place 10% Escrow Down Day of Auction (September 1, 2025). Balance Due at Closing in 30 Days. Successful Internet Bid Has a Required Payment Deadline on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at 5:00pm. Bidding is NOT contingent upon financing. Immediately following the auction, the winning bidder(s) will be required to sign a contract and pay 10% paid down day of. All announcements made sale day take precedence over prior advertising either written or oral.
