Clear and marketable deed will be provided to the buyer. Winning bidder of the commercial real estate will have to place 10% down Due Day of Auction on Saturday, October 7, 2023. Balance due in 30 days. Property sales subject to any restriction of record. Bidding is NOT contingent upon financing. Immediately following the auction, the winning bidder(s) will be required to sign a contract and pay 10% paid down day (Internet escrow money due by Tuesday, October 10 at 5:00pm). Checks payable to Brill Title Co.. All announcements made sale day take precedence over prior advertising either written or oral.
